How much does it cost to use Rivo?
Rivo charges a 15% service fee on each booking. For renters, this is included in the displayed price. For hosts, it's deducted from your earnings. There are no subscription fees or hidden costs.
What insurance is included?
Every trip includes comprehensive insurance: €50M+ third-party liability, collision damage coverage, theft protection, and 24/7 roadside assistance. You can reduce your excess by choosing a higher protection tier.
What if something goes wrong?
Our support team is available 24/7. For accidents, document the scene, ensure safety, and contact us immediately. We'll guide you through the claims process and handle communication with insurance.
How do I know if a host/renter is trustworthy?
All users must verify their identity and, for renters, their driver's license. Check profiles for reviews from previous trips. Our rating system helps you make informed decisions.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancellations more than 48 hours before get a full refund. 24-48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. Hosts who cancel may face penalties.
